Who are you:
I`m Ana Hoxha. I'am graduated in Art and Design.

Your current job:
I work as a graphic designer at Kubestudios, a production studio, but also I dedicate my time to personal projects.

In which city are you located?

A word to define what kind of worker you are:
I hate mistakes so I strive to perfection.

What tools are essential to your life (app, software, etc)
My sketchbook, Adobe and Behance.


What does your office space look like?
It’s simple and clean. A very minimalist space but that gives me a warmth feeling and invites me to sit down and work.

What kind of music do you listen when you are working ?
I start my working day with Bonobo, no compromise with this. Then I listen everything that is electronic, chill, acid jazz, nu-jazz, trip-hop, down-tempo.

Do you have a way to organize your day to maximize your work? 
I make a list of priorities task, always respect deadlines and then work hard to accomplish them in the best way I can.

What tips would you give to improve productivity? 
Always do things that make you happy and motivate you. When you don`t have this it`s time to move on.

You're better than your colleagues to: 
I am part of a team and this means that everyone work to accomplish something beautiful in the end. What I don`t have is filled by another colleague skills and vice-versa.

What is the best advice anyone has given you?
Work hard and never give up in what you believe (my first art professor).

What is your best tip for saving time?
Don`t think about saving time just realize whatever you think is best for you.

What is your routine start and end of the day?
Wake up, a big mug of coffee, go to work and it ends….

Aside from your computer and your phone, what gadgets can you not you go?
I love photography, so I always have with me a pocket camera. I make photos to everything that I see inspiring with the aim to use them later on my projects.
