What does your office space look like?
It looks like the one half of my bedroom. 40" screen + speakers up in back above desk, mouse, keyboard + usual drink down in front of me. Bookshelf to my left with a bunch of my girlfriend's favorite CDs and DVDs + a 2 foot iron casting of The Eiffel Tower, and a wardrobe to my right.

What kind of music do you listen when you are working?
Mostly local or unsigned/indie artists. I work in the local music industry with my design which gives me the ability to fully indulge and become a fan of my clients. Three specific artists are Dhamiri (Hip-Hop/Grime), Love Mansuy (PBR&B) + Markquis (EDM)

Do you have a way to organize your day to maximize your work?
Yeah. Don't work all day long. Work everyday of the week. We went to high school for 6.5 hours a day, most jobs are 6-8 hours per shift. Do not spend 10-15 hours a day on creative work. You'll burn out after 4 or 5 days, and spend the following 2 or 3 days suffering creative mental blockage.

What tips would you give to improve productivity?
Try drugs or meditation. No, I'm not an advocate for drugs. You asked. I just think if one is looking for some type of short term creative stimulation then they should try drugs at their own risk. Some other tips may include any sort of adrenaline rush. You bring your life somewhere it has never been for too long, you'll only want to stay grounded once you return. What comes with feeling grounded after being up so high? Productivity.

You're better than your colleagues at:
Getting stuff done on time. I procrastinate more than the next person. However, I'm never late. My work is either handed in 5 minutes before the deadline, or my client is late and pushes the deadline back before I've even finished.

What is the best advice anyone has given you?
Be yourself. Honestly. I spent my teenage years nose-deep in whatever current phase I was into and suffered a lot of backlash, bullying, and misunderstandings due to presumptions. People don't want you to be yourself because it scares them. It scares them because they aren't able to do the same. They will hate you while they are in their shells, protected by the false personas they live, yet in reality they wish they could express their inner individuality as well as you.

What is your best tip for saving time?
Work efficiently. If you don't have the concept for your project solidified in your mind, open up a canvas and begin the basics. Create your frame with shapes, using placeholders to get an early start on your overall layout/composition.

What is your routine start and end of the day?
My routine start is waking up, kissing my lovely girlfriend, and then heading to my computer/phone to check client updates, replies and any other notifications. I end my day faded, either watching cartoons with my lovely girlfriend or passing out while watching her play The Sims.

Aside from your computer and your phone, what gadget can you not you go without?
I'm about to buy a Canon Rebel and a WACOM Intuous 5. Until then, there is no gadget I can not go without. I rarely need my phone.
