What does your office space look like?
A minimalism studio lighting by bright sunlight with fresh air. Decorating by uncategorised items (books, magazines, stationary, etc…). I love to keep a relaxed vibe in studio while continuing deadlines and schedules.

What kind of music do you listen when you are working ?
Music is definitely an indispensable part of my life. It’s difficult to categorise a certain type of musical genres into it. It’s changes from time to time. Sometime it depends on the project I’m working on. I’m listening experimental, psychedelic rock recently, such as ‘Loveless (from My Bloody Valentine)’ is always a good choice and one of my favorite album collection, ‘Tomorrow’s Modern Boxes’ from Thom Yorke, Mogwai (especially ‘Rave Types’, haven’t heard their latest one), etc.

Do you have a way to organize your day to maximize your work ?
Not really have one. I don’t really have a strict or exact timetable in specific time or detail schedule in studio. It’s rather to be flexible but always obey one ultimate principle – never delay our expectation and always beyond others imagination.

What tips would you give to improve productivity ?
Concentration. Keep your mind focusing on the current project with unlimited question and meticulous answer.

You're better than your colleagues to :
Observation and accuracy. I prefer to challenge new staffs or projects rather than repeated. The information collection is a huge interest in my life. It’s also a great thing for designer to broaden their horizon by obtain different information and knowledge. About design, it’s always no excuse for me to accept incorrect mistakes in terms of technical level (colour, dimension, paper textures, etc..) Therefore, it’s quite normal that most of my clients or colleagues were hate me in the beginning and love me in the end.

What is the best advice anyone has given you ?
I saw a quote from Design’s Delight and it has followed me since. I still found that it’s speak everything about ‘what’s the meaning of design?’
‘ Visual communication is an idea, desperately seeking images and other forms of truth in an ocean of rumours.
- Jan van Toorn ‘

What is your best tip for saving time ?
Concentration. But I do felt there’s no more time to save recently. Sometimes, it’s difficult to always under control when it’s involved other unexpected factors in reality situation. However, I do believe that the efficient productivity comes from concentration.

What is your routine start and end of the day ?
It’s really flexible. It’s all start by my first day-Americano before 10am roughly. Then it’s usually end when it’s end.

Aside from your computer and your phone, what gadget can you not you go without?
Not really. Couldn’t think of one. Probably I’m not really a gadgets person. If I have to pick one, probably would be my iPod ‘cause I can’t really live without music.
