My name is Jaroslav Hach and I am 24 years old.
Your current job:
I’m working as an Art Director. Currently, I am a freelance and CEO founder studio called Fresh Mill. I am professional specializing in web design, digital art, and I sometimes doing 3D illustration.
In which city are you located?
I live in small town in the Czech Republic called Tábor with 35, 000 residents. It’s south of the capital city Prague.

Paper and pencil. Photoshop, Cinema 4D, 3Ds Max, Skype, Google Chrome, Windows Live Mail.
What does your office space look like?
My workspace is cozy and homely. On the walls are pictures of my work. I have a PC, monitors, notebook and a nice view from the window.
What kind of music do you listen when you are working?
I like, listen to rock and instrumental music. It depends on my mood.
Do you have a way to organize your day to maximize your work?
I have no way. He wants to have a plan, relax and try to finish the project.
What tips would you give to improve productivity?
Relax and concentrate on one project at a time.

Create time harmonogram at the whole week.
What is your routine start and end of the day?
I get up usually about 11 am. I go to respond to email and communications with customers. I eating and I working until to 5 hours in the morning when I go to bed.
