I'm someone with the Caribbean running thru my veins who fell in love with art and all its expressions, passionate about web design and development or you can call Lisbel Cruz

Your current JOB:

I’m currently working as a Senior Mobile Ad Developer at PadSquad an advertising technology firm dedicated to creating a better mobile experience through cutting-edge mobile technology & ad solutions. I also do freelance and personal projects.


In which city are you located?

Sunshine State, Palm Beach, Florida.


A word to define what kind of worker you ARE:

Conscientious (working hard and careful to do things well)

What tools are essential to your life (app, software, ETC..)

I use Adobe products, Sketch App, Brackets, Codekit, Gulp, Git, Terminal, Xcode, Macbook pro 13” with a 24” monitor, Magic Mouse, Wacom Tablet, paper and pencil.

What does your office space look like?

My workspace is my own room, which is visually divided into two, the place to rest and the workspace. I like to work in a clean, simple and super organized environment with subtle lighting, my windows are covered by curtains and in the background a small lamp that illuminates the whole room. A Wii U and a violin accompany the room.

What kind of music do you listen when you are working?

I like to listen to music without lyrics in order to concentrate as much as possible, usually Instrumental Music but open to any type which increases my creativity.


Do you have a way to organize your day to maximize your work?

I usually organize all the task in a to-do list in Reminders, Trello, or simple notes in my sketchbook.

What tips would you give to improve PRODUCTIVITY?

Try to do projects that you really like. Do things in your daily routine that keep you motivated, sleep well and create a to-do list with deadline.

You're better than your colleagues TO:

I don't think of myself like that, my colleagues has been in my path and they have their perks and I have mine, we help each other to be better, this is not a competition and I truly hope we all make it.

What is the best advice anyone has given you?

Makes the decision of what you want and work for it.


What is your best tip for saving time?

Pay attention to the details and the specs of the project, don't try to multi-task.

What is your routine start and end of the day?

I start my day with a glass of temperature water to give a heads up to my body the day has start and also is good for you, after I eat my breakfast and then sit down in front my computer for work. I  workout at the end of the day to relax my mind.

Aside from your computer and your phone, what gadget can you not you go without?

Headphones and a Pencil.
