What was the inspiration behind your brewery?
We wanted to fill a void in Alberta and brew less popular more niche styles.
Can you give us a tour of your beer scene?
Alberta is great! The pallet of the consumer is evolving so quickly, and is so interested, that as brewers were able to have a ton of fun, and really push the envelope. Pair that with a ton of breweries who all want have fun and support each other, we couldn’t ask for more!
What advice would you give to someone who wants to start a brewery?
Twice as much time, twice as much money.
