I’m Sơn Min, a 24-year-old male.
I’m a designer specializing in UX/UI design. I’m also the co-founder of the company that I work for.
Your current job :
Currently, I work with an agile team about application design. I am responsible for researching, generating ideas and designing UX/UI products. Besides, I’m also a freelance designer. Participating in freelance projects helps me balance and have more experiences.

Hanoi, Vietnam.
A word to define what kind of worker you are :
Crazy, I always come up with ideas when I’m in the crazy mood.
What tools are essential to your life (app, software, etc..)
Sketch, Paper, and Pencil. Besides, Behance and Dribbble is where I like to share my works.
What does your office space look like?
Clean, and minimal. We have a spacious table in the middle of the room.
At home, my working space is more wonderful because it has a big window with a great view.
What kind of music do you listen when you are working?
I often listen to music based on my feeling at that moment, sometimes, based on the product that I work on. Maybe exciting electronic music. Maybe soft ballads.
Do you have a way to organize your day to maximize your work?
Setting a goal every day and staying away from social media.
What tips would you give to improve productivity?
I have a specific goal and a clear plan for each work. Removing bad habits and building good habits is my daily routine to improve myself.

What is the best advice anyone has given you?
Just do it.
What is your best tip for saving time?
Focus on working as much as possible.
What is your routine start and end of the day?
I set a daily goal. Then check my email and work until night. After that, hang out with friends, eat dinner or go to a movie, then back to home late at night.
Aside from your computer and your phone, what gadget can you not you go without?
My motorbike and my camera.
