My Cintiq 24 HD, Adobe Photoshop CC and my Mac

What does your office space look like?

Pretty tidy

What kind of music do you listen when you are working?

I like to listen to instrumental music that calms me down and inspires me a lot.

Do you have a way to organize your day to maximize your work?

I’m still learning how to organize myself in the best way. I tried to-do lists in the beginning and ended up writing too many points on it. For a while, I had a chart with post-its of my current jobs that were arranged based on urgency. Now I use a calendar app in which I can write and delete easily.

What tips would you give to improve productivity?

Just start working. Even when I have no good ideas in the beginning. I start working on my minor ideas of which I know that they aren't what I'm aiming for. Working on problem-solving can be pretty inspiring. This way I end up with other ideas or I can improve the existing ideas until I have a good feeling with my concepts.

You're better than your colleagues to

I know a lot of bad jokes. ;) Also I was told that I use nice colors.

What is the best advice anyone has given you?

Try not to switch too often between projects on one day.

What is your best tip for saving time?

Organize yourself. Try to fit your energy level to the tasks that need to be done. On the end of the day, when I'm very tired I try to get zombie-tasks done.

What is your routine start and end of the day?

Start: Coffe, news, e-mails End: if possible sending results, quick brainstorming for the next or an ongoing project, more coffee, enjoying the evening with my partner

Aside from your computer and your phone, what gadget can you not you go without?

I have brought back small gadgets from vacations and I usually carry one of them around with me. When I have a minute, I'll grab it from my pocket and enjoy the memory of this holiday. | | |
