Dunkel Lager: A new style for us here at Sawdust City, this Dunkel has roasted bread flavours that lead the way, followed by a subtle, chocolate-like, malt balance. It’s dark in colour but deceptively easy-drinking.

Rice Lager: This incredibly light-bodied lager is made with over 40% rice along with Canadian 2-row barley. It is light in colour with hints of grainy bread and a subtle sweetness from the rice.

Brewery Release: Friday, March 20th
First shipment: Tuesday, March 24th

In response to the COVID-19 reality, our team at Sawdust City has been working diligently to ensure that our guests and staff are in a socially responsible environment. The retail store is open with new hours from 1pm-7pm Tuesday – Saturday, closed Sunday & Monday (we kindly request payment via debit/credit only at this time). Be assured we are practicing rigorous sanitizing procedures.

The Saloon will be closed until further notice.

Our online store is open and shipping beer Ontario wide, with free shipping on every order $75+.
