Anecdote/Souvenir:
I attended the 7th or 8th edition. I was 19 years old at the time and the Mondial was my baptism into microbrewed and imported beers. Like many others, the Mondial has marked my journey as a home brewer and then as a brewery owner.
What are your plans for this summer?
This summer, St-Pancrace will be on the road, participating in several festivals outside the region. It’s quite a challenge for a brewery located 850 kilometers from Montreal to mobilize the teams and go meet beer lovers. In addition, we have decided to go with the production team to provide a real North Shore brewing experience during our travels. We can’t wait to start with the Mondial.
Are you bringing a special beer to the Mondial that we should try?
We will have some nice bottles of our Saison des Cidres. A beer brewed with a large quantity of apples from the North Shore. We will also bring our Flotteur. A superb sour beer with sea buckthorn and raspberries.
Are you collaborating with the Mondial de La Bière on a special beer?
Yes, we are bringing our Coaster, our new West Coast Pilsner
