My first visit to the Mondial de la Bière as a visitor was in 2010, and it’s a pleasure to come back with our brewery’s beers 14 years later!
Beer discovered at the Mondial de la Bière (if possible description): One of our specialties in the “MUFFIN” series, the “MUFFIN CHERRY MORELLO,” a pastry sour at 6.7% brewed with a solid malt base, 15% 100% fruit juice, and a touch of lactose for creaminess and indulgence. A true liquid pastry!
What are your plans for this summer?
The brewery brews 3 to 4 new beers per month. We just did a collaborative brew, here in France, with our friends from Emporium with whom we had a really good time. It’s a New Zealand Double NEIPA with a large quantity of New Zealand hops selected from our partner Freestyle Hops. The double dry hop will introduce hops such as the famous Nelson Sauvin paired with new varieties: Manilita and Kohia Nelson + Kohia Nelson Hop Kief. A tropical bomb!
Are you bringing a special beer to the Mondial that we should try?
A beer that will make you discover our “terroir” will be available for tasting: a Saison aged in Alsace white wine casks in the spirit of a solera. Fine bubbles and an aromatic profile reminiscent of the sparkling wines of our region while retaining the cereal character of the Saison.
