Upon arriving in Montreal in 1998, what was the first volunteer job that caught my attention? Joining the Mondial team!!! Back then at the famous Old Port site, I was a “bartender” at the imported beer pub. Who would have thought that a decade later, I would be back at the Mondial serving my own creations… You have to dream!
