What does your office space look like?
Well organized, but chaotic in the sense that we have many projects on the go. Physically the space has four large windows, concrete floors, brick, chalkboard wall, and basketball hoop.

What kind of music do you listen when you are working ?
Depending on what the day is looking like, I might listen to something more upbeat, If I’m trying to focus It’s usually something more ambient. Right now I’m pretty into Moderat.

Do you have a way to organize your day to maximize your work?
I sit down in the morning and make a bullet list of everything that needs to be done, and then I check each item off as the day goes on. I try my best to not over-complicate things. I also love whiteboards.

What tips would you give to improve productivity?
Sleep and fitness definitely play an important role in keeping me focused and productive. Don’t forget to take some time for yourself.

What is the best advice anyone has given you?
Good isn’t good enough. – Colleen Finn

What is your best tip for saving time?
Prioritize your task list, and dive into your work head first.

What is your routine start and end of the day?
Being the coffee addict that I am, the day doesn’t start until I’ve had at least one cup. Emails and phone calls are then responded to, and the task list is made. I try and get outside a bit each day, and go for a run or hit the gym, those calories have to go somewhere! At the end of the day I like to unwind with a good documentary.
