Fall has arrived and so has an all-new seasonal mix pack from Wellington Brewery. The 7th installment of the Wellington mix pack includes the return of the award-winning Arkell Best Bitter, their year-round Upside IPA, and two unique seasonal beers.
Here’s what you’ll find inside:
Arkell Best Bitter (4.0% alc./vol.)
First brewed in 1985, Arkell Best Bitter is an amber session ale with a mild caramel and biscuit malt body and a subtle floral hop finish. With only 4% alcohol by volume, this well-balanced English-style bitter is the perfect session ale for any occasion!
Not A Word Spoken Apricot IPA (5.9% alc./vol.)
This hazy IPA is brewed with loads of fresh apricots and generously dry-hopped with simcoe and citra hops. With a creamy malt profile alongside bright apricot and stone fruit flavours, this juicy IPA will leave you…. well…. Speechless.
“Old Buddy” Espresso Brown Ale (5.4% alc./vol.)
This deep mahogany brown ale has roasted malt, nut, and toffee flavours which meld seamlessly with the creamy espresso reduction. Timeless and distinct, this old buddy is a friend for the ages!
Upside IPA (6.8% alc./vol.)
Upside is exploding with juicy grapefruit, peach, and tropical hop flavours. This New England style IPA has a hazy appearance, soft mouthfeel, and balanced bitterness which allows the vibrant dry-hop flavours to shine. Bursting with fresh citrus hop character, this tasty IPA is on the up and up!
Wellington Mix Pack Volume 7 is available now for $12.95 / 4 x 473 mL cans at the brewery and shipping across Ontario from the brewery’s online store. It will also be hitting the shelves at LCBO stores across Ontario this week.
