Who are you :
My name is Rocío Lopez Carrizo. I’m student of Graphic Design in UBA (Buenos Aires University). I love painting, drawing (I enjoy it since I was a little girl), reading, playing the guitar and riding my bike.

Now I’m working as a freelance designer for a rock band.

What tools are essential to your life (app, software, etc..):
Pens, papers, colours and my computer.
What does your office space look like?
Tidy but cozy. Fresh and brilliantly lit. I like to open the window and let the sun get inside my place. I feel happier, and it inspires me.
What kind of music do you listen when you are working?
I´m a music explorer, so I like to search for new music or sometimes I ask my friends for a good piece of advice. New music makes me connect with new sources of inspiration.
Do you have a way to organize your day to maximize your work?
It depends. Sometimes I do a list about “things to do”, and sometimes I only let it flow.
What tips would you give to improve productivity?
I found out that my best source of creativity pours out when I´m relaxed, so, I´m used to go to a nearby park with my notebook for inspiration.
You’re better than your colleagues to?
I don’t consider myself better than anyone else, but I consider my own style rather peculiar, full of tiny, personal details, which I feel come from a strange place inside my vivid world of imagination.
What is the best advice anyone has given you?
To be fully present and enjoy each thing I do, and I try to accomplish it.
What is your best tip for saving time?
Sometimes listening to my body and “take it easy”, make the best ideas come sooner!!.
What is your routine start and end of the day ?
I sometimes read in the morning while I drink “mate” our typical drink. After a hard day of work and study, I love to draw before going to sleep.
Aside from your computer and your phone, what gadget can you not you go ?
Not exactly a gadget, but I love a French musical box my mom brought me from Montparnasse. It plays “La Boheme” and I simply adore it!
