iMac, Macbook, Adobe softwares, books, post-its and hot coffee.
What does your office space look like?
Located in a building in the old city center, full of creative professionals, our office is stimulating and welcoming. Due to this cosy atmosphere we could easily consider coming over a weekend to the office for a beer on the balcony with friends.
What kind of music do you listen when you are working?
We are highly influenced by the music of great Brazilian artists, such as Caetano Veloso; and independent bands like Cidadão Instigado, just to say a few. We are also very keen on funk and soul from the 60s and 70s.
Do you have a way to organize your day to maximize your work?
First we make sure we are starting the day with everything clear by organizing our agenda and answering e-mails. We tend to do more technical work in the beginning of the day and leave the creative and strategic works for the end of the day.
What tips would you give to improve productivity?
At times, we feel the need to leave our workspace for a bit to be better inspired, idealize and discuss ideas. So, now and then, we stand up and leave our chairs for a while, sometimes lie down on the floor, or go to the balcony to get some fresh air or even go out to a coffee shop. We also use organization tools, such as Asana.

In fact, we think everyone has different perspectives and no one is better than the other – it is kind of one of our strong beliefs.
What is the best advice anyone has given you?
Do not be afraid of taking risks.
What is your best tip for saving time?
You should always make plans and try not to be swallowed by the day-by-day work tasks.
What is your routine start and end of the day?
We always start making some coffee, watering the plants and, of course, looking at social networks. At the end of the day, we turn on some cosier lights, which we have named them by “mood lights”, and last but not least, another agreed issue is the fact we all listen to music together, no headphones allowed.
Aside from your computer and your phone, what gadget can you not you go without?
iPad for meetings, post-its, bicycle and plants.
