Who are you:
I’m Tali. I currently work as a freelance photographer. I used to work in science, I have a BS in Computer Engineering and an MS in Biomedical Engineering but I don’t do that any more.

In which city are you located?
In Montevideo, the capital of Uruguay, in South America.

A word to define what kind of worker you are :
Meticulous?

What tools are essential to your life (app, software, etc..):
My camera, the computer with photoshop and wacom tablet.

What does your office space look like?
My workspace is my home as well and I also have my photography studio here. I live in a very sunny apartment with a beautiful view.

What kind of music do you listen when you are working ?
Quiet music that lets me concentrate in what I’m doing without distracting me. Right now I am listening to Alela Diane’s “The Pirate’s Gospel”.

Do you have a way to organize your day to maximize your work ?
No, actually I am not very organized and since I work from home, every day is different and most of the time I do what I feel like doing at the moment.

What tips would you give to improve productivity ?
Make lists and cross out everything you finish. It feels great and it helps.

Better? No. Just Different.

What is the best advice anyone has given you?
Look for answers inside yourself.

What is your best tip for saving time ?
I procrastinate a lot. I think I’m not the person to give this tip.

What is your routine start and end of the day ?
I wake up at 7:00 am (without using an alarm clock) and the morning is usually my best time to work. I cook lunch and after that I do some more stuff but I am much less efficient in the afternoon. I usually go to bed early.

Aside from your computer and your phone, what gadget can you not you go without?
