Who are you :
I’m Nhat Thu Le, a young graphic designer and illustrator from Danang city, Vietnam. I’m a freelancer. I’ve been drawing since I was a little child. I want to make my own colorful fairy world, in which there are full of miracles and I’m the main character :”) Becoming an illustrator is the way I can live this dream. I specialize in children’s books.

Inspired
What tools are essential to your life (app, software, etc..)
Pencil, photoshop, illustrator and my wacom tablet. I can’t do anything without one of them.
What does your office space look like?
At home. A small space with gentle music. My desktop, paper, tools, ornaments, books, some foods, everything that make me happy and inspired. It looks more disorderly than this photo.
What kind of music do you listen when you are working ?
Gentle and sweet melodies.
Do you have a way to organize your day to maximize your work ?
I make to-do-list.
What tips would you give to improve productivity ?
Note or sketch your ideas, anytime I have an idea. This is necessary. If i’m bored, I go out and do something else. My work space at home is a place where I can finish all the works, so it must be comfortable.
You’re better than your colleagues to :
I’m not. Every designer / illustrator has his style and aesthetic. But i’m good at planning my work.
What is the best advice anyone has given you ?
I think “be yourself”. If you waste time comparing yourself to others, you get nothing.
What is your best tip for saving time ?
Organize your work. Stay focused, try your best to finish. Don’t do things at a time. Don’t check mail or social network too much ( this’s so difficult, 😀 )
What is your routine start and end of the day ?
I start a day with delicious meal, and check my to-do lit.
Aside from your computer and your phone, what gadget can you cannot you go without?
Nothing. Oh, I sometimes want to turn off my phone.
