Who are you :
My name is Bernardo Gogollari, I am 24 years old. I was born in Albania and at the age of 6 my family immigrated in Greece where I spent 16 years. The last 2 years I’ve been back in Albania and I work here. I studied graphic design and 3D animation. Since a kid I always wanted to give my thoughts life that’s why I chose to become a designer, it is a way to express myself.
Your current job :
I am the Art Director and senior Graphic Designer at Univers Reklama which is the major company in the country in the advertising field.

What does your office space look like?
My office is colorful, bright and with many perspectives. Wherever you look you can see something different that can calm you and inspire you.
What kind of music do you listen when you are working ?
In general I love good music. It can be rock or pop, metal or R&B, everything. The music depends on my mood.
Do you have a way to organize your day to maximize your work ?
My work depends on the account managers and the priorities they give to the clients. So we make a plan on the projects we need to finish during the day.
What tips would you give to improve productivity ?
Have positive energy, try not to get stressed, set your day goals from the morning and don’t change them because if you do you won’t be so productive. During the day take small breaks and clean your thoughts.
You’re better than your colleagues to :
I don’t know if I am better but the only sure thing is that when I do my job I am 100% there and I try to make the best from the client’s brief. I prefer to begin with a good research and to understand well the client needs so their product’s brand pass through the message they want to give to the consumers. I always help my colleagues and advice them for better results. I love good teamwork.
What is the best advice anyone has given you ?
Never give up until you achieve your goals!
What is your best tip for saving time ?
Time for designers is a big enemy. We need clean thoughts so we can organize ourselves better and not lose time with small things around.
What is your routine start and end of the day ?
The morning routine is the same. I get up from my bed around 8 am and then I get ready for work. The end of my day doesn’t have a routine really. If I m home usually I watch American TV series or do some personal projects. I also work out 4 times a week.
Aside from your computer and your phone, what gadget can you not you go ?
I am not really a gadget guy. Radher than my phone and my computer I don’t use other gadgets. I prefer these two because they give me what I need, which is Work & Communication.
