Using only swimming pool noodles, design studio Les Astronautes has turned a dark, narrow alley in Québec City into a dreamy playground. According to the designers, the combination of anonymity and narrowness of this particular place inspired them to come up with this intervention. Simply by installing pink and orange colored swimming pool noodles on both walls of the alleyway, the place gets a whole new identity and experience. Continues at popupcity.net
