I declutter my office every night and write my to do list for the following day so that I can come in and get started fresh.

Don’t be afraid of making mistakes, when you make them don’t be afraid to apologize and move on.
What is your best tip for saving time ?
Schedule breaks to check social media, play games, check news sites, watch cat videos, etc. Then get back on task. Set up a few 10 minute breaks through out the day, will help you avoid getting lost in the web rabbit hole.
What is your routine start and end of the day ?
To Start the day: Come in, get coffee and start crossing things off of my to do list is how I would like to start the day.
To end the day I read my staff’s daily reports, answer any questions they have, write out my to do list for tomorrow and declutter my office.
