This dynamic duo from Rouyn-Noranda takes a multidisciplinary approach to music, crossing poetry, performance art, humour and melodies to conjure images and strong emotions. With a little help from their awkward charm, they manage to humorously criticize the art world by singing “L’art c’est facile!” all while making bold statements about social injustices indigenous people face in Northern Québec. For their latest interdisciplinary project, La Jamésie ostie, the daytime lovers have created a fictional territory where the artistically inclined and the social inept could live in harmony.
