I love open bright spaces, so our offices are clean, modern and homey.
What kind of music do you listen when you are working ?
Whatever the team is playing. I am not picky!
Do you have a way to organize your day to maximize your work ?
My day is normally dictated to me by my staff and their work flow. As they create, it is my job to review. That being said, I use the tools in Gmail to keep my emails sorted by priority.
What tips would you give to improve productivity ?
Plan ahead. Knowing what is coming down the pipe and setting goals for the week/month/year is important. I also ensure I stay inspired. It makes idea generation so much easier.

I am the oldest! So, I think I bring more experience to making tougher decisions.
What is the best advice anyone has given you ?
To remember some things are just not personal.
What is your best tip for saving time ?
Focus. Giving a task at least 25 minutes of your undivided attention at any given time.
What is your routine start and end of the day ?
Email run through and check ins with my staff. At the end of the day a high level overview to ensure everyone is happy. From staff to clients.

Not really a gadget person! My hair dryer?
