I work as freelancer the last few years across multiple disciplines such as Branding, Web & Print.

Adobe Illustrator / Fontxplorer x pro (A pain lately) my sketchbook & a pencil

What does your office space look like?

Its a temporary setup in a cozy spot in my apartment that am planning to renovate in the near future! Simple, clean and fully organized.

What kind of music do you listen when you are working ?

It depends on my mood and the task that am currently working in. from Jazz to Dub, electro and R&B

Do you have a way to organize your day to maximize your work ?

Not really, I do try to focus on stuff that has to be done but some times its impossible to do so. Creatives that work for regular and demanding clients will get the feeling. Thats a serious downside of freelancing though, I’m still working to find that balance. In general, gmail and google keep are my essential tools to keep on track.

What tips would you give to improve productivity ?

I will definitely need your tip regarding this matter! I find my self fully productive late at night when no phones/emails/people can distract me from my work flow.

What is the best advice anyone has given you ?

Be your self and do what you love. The rest will follow.

What is your best tip for saving time ?

When working, switch off your phone and close your browser. Huge help for people that procrastinate a lot, like my self.

What is your routine start and end of the day ?

I wake up early and walk our dog, then I get a triple espresso, going through my e-mails and then work till late. Other than that, I have days committed to print supervising or research (papers, print techniques and samples, etc.) and of course, meetings.

Aside from your computer and your phone, what gadget can you not you go without?

I don’t have one
