Who are you : 

Shildi Kuvarati, 21. I recently graduated in Art &Design at Polis University, Tirana. Currently, I’m enrolled in a MSc. Degree in Applied Design at the same university.

Your current job :

I’m mostly involved in interior and graphic design works as a freelance activity.


In which city are you located? 

I’m living in Tirana, Albania.

A word to define what kind of worker you are : 


Precise and Elegant

What tools are essential to your life (app, software, etc..) 

Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Sketchup, 3dsMax Both Mac ; Microsoft software


What does your office space look like? 

Strictly organized with everything in its place.

What kind of music do you listen when you are working ? 

I tend to listen to every genre of music, but I prefer fusion and smooth jazz.


Do you have a way to organize your day to maximize your work ? 

For me, there’s never a day without an agenda. Being organized, I try to never skip any of my plans or deadlines.


What tips would you give to improve productivity ? 

In my opinion, productivity is better reached when you try your best to not leave anything to do in a hurry. Nevertheless, there are times when I leave things behind the plan because of a sudden inspiration and it can happen that I’m more productive than ever.

What is your best tip for saving time ? 



What is your routine start and end of the day ? 

Getting up pretty early, eating breakfast and having a cup of tea fresh in the morning, make me energetic along the day. Nights, sometimes I continue my work and watch TV or read something until I fall asleep.


Aside from your computer and your phone, what gadget can you not you go without? 

A sketch book or ipad (also for sketching).
