I’m Kristiana Bella from Albania but you can call me Kurisu.

Still studying arts and design but also a graphic designer and a photo model at Aeterno Shop.

Volunteering as a designer for AIESEC in Albania. Freelance photographer, illustrator and blogger.

What tools are essential to your life (app, software, etc..)

Except coffee? My camera, laptop, my phone, sketchbook, headphones, fountain pens.

What does your office space look like?

I don’t really have a current office space. I can work anywhere I find free wifi, good music and coffee of course

What kind of music do you listen when you are working ?

Depends on the amount of work. When I have a lot to do, I usually listen to metal music or alternative rock but sometimes I prefer deep techno playlists.

Do you have a way to organize your day to maximize your work ?

I don’t really have a way to organize my day but I always make sure to have done something productive before I go to bed.

What tips would you give to improve productivity ?

My productivity depends a lot on my inspiration. I need to stay with people who motivate me, visit new places, join music festivals.

You’re better than your colleagues to :

I don’t compare myself to others. I prefer collaborating.

What is the best advice anyone has given you ?

No matter what happens, don’t ever change!

What is your best tip for saving time ?

Whenever I find an inspiration, I always make sure to make loads of researches and start sketching a lot until I’m ready to start working. Then the work goes on peacefully.

What is your routine start and end of the day ?

It starts with my disturbing alarm clock and coffee and ends up in front of my laptop probably.
