Who are you:

We are Oddds. Established in 2013, we are a duo comprising of Reinold Lim (Penang) and Sarah Tan (Singapore) where our focuses are in Branding, Art Direction and Design. Our works reflects significantly on behaviours and futurism. We believe in aesthetics and how it draws attention in influencing people.

Reinold is currently in Manchester, UK and Sarah is in Singapore.

What does your office space look like?

Reinold: Modern Minimal influences

Sarah: Grey & White walls, Minimal, Wood & Industrial inspired

What kind of music do you listen when you are working?

Reinold: Jazz or Classical

Sarah: Depending on current mood could be Electronica, Alternative, Indie Rock, R&B, Hip-Hop beats or Trip Hop

Do you have a way to organize your day to maximize your work?

Answering emails. Laying out what’s in for the week or day ahead.

What tips would you give to improve productivity?

Setting goals for the week and To do list helps.

What is the best advice anyone has given you?

Keep walking.

What is your best tip for saving time?

Time management.

What is your routine start and end of the day?

Starting the day with work after lunch and progressively taking short breaks in-between (which includes reading etc) to regather the mind before revisiting what you were working on. 

Moving to another project if you feel the need to resettle your mind. Alternatively, working at night is relaxing, quiet and even productive.
