What does your office space look like?
What kind of music do you listen when you are working?
Electronic music is my favorite. Every time when I put on my earphone, I fall into the rhythm of music, it gives me different moods and feelings while i’m working. Besides, I often find the style of my designs are determined by the music I listening. Music can always bring me a lot of inspirations and ideas!
Do you have a way to organize your day to maximize your work ?
I usually deal with trivial tasks in the morning, and start designing work during afternoon or evening, because I’m always being very creative at that time of a day. Besides, I will rank the tasks according to the degree of importance, then set a reminder at the time when each task should get started to make sure I won’t miss any single task.
What tips would you give to improve productivity?
Before getting started, I often spend some time thinking and creating an effective action plan. Is the best way to avoid wasting time by planing the work and work the plan.

I’m not better than anyone, but what makes me different is the sense of responsibility and carefulness.
What is the best advice anyone has given you ?
Stay focus, even it’s a very little thing.
What is your best tip for saving time?
Face and fight the task that you are trying to avoid. It’s better to face and fight rather than avoid it .
What is your routine start and end of the day?
From 9 am to 6 pm… (Errr, just for fun)
Usually, I deal with management and cooperation items during the daytime, and start the design work at night. As a designer, I often work until mid-night, sometimes even the small hours of the next day.
Aside from your computer and your phone, what gadget can you not you go without?
Wallet, keys and dream.
