I am Gabriela Runova-Antoniou, currently a graphic design student located in Cyprus.

As I mentioned, a graphic design student.

A word to define what kind of worker you are:
I would say, persistent.
What tools are essential to your life (app, software, etc..):
Right now I mostly use Illustrator and Photoshop. But I am open to any experimentation as well.
What does your office space look like?
I don’t have an actual office space yet… At the moment, I usually work in my kitchen where we have a pretty big table but I mostly use only half of it. The other half is basically where all my tools are placed and the one that always ends up in a big mess.
What kind of music do you listen when you are working?
It pretty much depends on how I feel. Most of the time I listen to indie/folk music. When I tend to concentrate, classical music saves the day.
Do you have a way to organize your day to maximize your work?
I don’t think so. Usually, when I get back from university, I try to relax for a bit, turn off my mind and when I feel like it’s time to work – then it’s time to get up and do things. Although I feel like changing this habit of mine.
What tips would you give to improve productivity?
I am not in the position to give any tips but what I try to do is get my phone out of the room or turn it off completely. It is always a massive distraction when I work.
You’re better than your colleagues to:
I never compare myself to my colleagues because every one of us is different and unique in his own way. Some may like it, others may not. But what matters in the end of the day is how you feel about your work and what your work makes you feel.
What is the best advice anyone has given you?
Don’t put out anything that can be done today.
What is your best tip for saving time?
Waking up early so that you can finish early.
What is your routine start and end of the day?
I wake up with a cup of tea, check my Instagram and go to uni. I pretty much end my day the same way, except for the uni part.
Aside from your computer and your phone, what gadget can you not you go without?
My camera. I can go without my phone or computer but not without my camera.
