I’m Dionmy Olivares, a.k.a Hoeru, a multimedia technologist; mainly focus on web design, UX/UI, Illustration and 3D.

I’m a freelance UI designer working for Bodireel, a fitness app for mobile and web; working from brand to final app.

A word to define what kind of worker you are:
They say I’m a perfeccionist, maybe I am. My eyes are magnifying glasses looking for details.
What tools are essential to your life (app, software, etc..)
For design and illustration; Photoshop, Illustrator, and Painter. For Coding I use Atom and all browsers and their consoles. For 3D I use Maya and Zbrush. Trello for project management and Noisli to improve focus.
What does your office space look like?
Right now, I can’t call it an office, because is a temporary space, but it has all the essential to work; a computer; MSI workstation, 32GB RAM, i7-6800K CPU, Nvidia Titan X pascal and two dell monitors.
What kind of music do you listen when you are working?
I use Noisli, an app to mix different sounds to create the perfect environment. And artist That I like; Alejanfro Sanz, Run River North, Bethel music, and some others.
Do you have a way to organize your day to maximize your work?
Not really.
What tips would you give to improve productivity?
Improve productivity with love and passion. If the project lacks that, I think it will be a difficult task.
You’re better than your colleagues to:
I think everyone in a team has something to offer, and right now I don’t have anyone to compare to.

The best tip is to focus on your work, outside from that is time loss.
