My name is Charlie Bredo and I am a Co-founder at Troubled Monk Brewery.
What was the inspiration behind your brewery?
We want to bring fresh, craft, quality beer to Red Deer and the rest of Alberta.
Can you give us a tour of your beer scene?
Red Deer and the rest of Alberta is a growing market for craft beer. With world class barley being grown all around us, it seems fitting to have world class beer brewed here too.
What advice would you give to someone who wants to start a brewery?
Its a ton of fun, but also a ton of work!
