Your current job:

I work for a company as a designer and also as a freelancer.

In which city are you located?

Montevideo, Uruguay.

A word to define what kind of worker you are:

I would define my work with the word “Absolute”, as I consider it complete, outright, pure, certain, simply and sensibly.

What tools are essential to your life (app, software, etc..)

My essential tools are Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Indesign, Adobe, After Effects a paper and a pen.

What does your office space look like?

I have two offices. One at work, which is more impersonal, and the other in my house, which every piece was designed by me. I am always in search of elements that decorates my personal space and help me to work better.

What kind of music do you listen when you are working?

I am a person with a very versatile musical taste. It depends on the day, I can listen to super slow music and the next day I listen to pop music.

Do you have a way to organize your day to maximize your work?

Yes. I work in the office in the morning, I take advantage of the afternoon to meet with clients or divide tasks within the project I’m working at the moment. I organize the days and I fulfill the schedules, that way, the works are delivered on the requested dates.

What tips would you give to improve productivity?

I think the best way to increase your productivity is to know your work. Know your facilities and difficulties. If you organize schedules well and know your performance your work will improve much more.

You’re better than your colleagues to:

I think I stand out in having an instant creativity. At the moment of thinking ideas, I come up with quick solutions.

What is the best advice anyone has given you?

The best advice that someone told me was a professor, who taught me that, the design is not just isolated elements, it is a set of elements, which each one contributes, without one, is not the same.

What is your best tip for saving time?

I am constantly updating my day to day, trying to accommodate the tasks that I have to do. That way, I can consider doing some things faster than others.

What is your routine start and end of the day?

All my days are different. The only thing fixed is the office of my work in the morning. My free lance schedule usually takes place in the afternoon, from going to meetings, to printers, to taking pictures or designing. Sometimes it takes me all the afternoon, all the night or sometimes just a while.

Aside from your computer and your phone, what gadget can you not you go without?

I never go out without my cell phone and my pen drive, ever! I carry with me usually the computer and my camera … and all the cables of course!
