My Name is Sebastian, I am a Part of the Design Studio Una, we are doing Branding and Graphic Design.
Your current job:
We are two designers and a brand strategist. We are working on visual identities, branding and other graphic design related projects. Digitally as well as analog. I am mainly working on typography and classic graphic design.

What does your office space look like?
We are working in an old factory, we are sharing with a photographer which is made up pretty cozy and personal. We have that German word „Gemütlichkeit“ you might know. We feel comfortable here and are surrounded by practical things, older furniture, and some design objects.
What kind of music do you listen when you are working?
A lot! Due to the fact I am making music on my own, and I am really into listening all kind of music, we have Spotify running the whole day in a wild mix of everything that can reach our hearts. I will give you a list of the last ten played songs by our shuffle!

Do you have a way to organize your day to maximize your work?
Sometimes I am working on different projects simultaneously, so I try to make a task list and plan what I am able to do in a day. We don´t do overtime, just for the sake of maximizing something, have family and friends we like to share our time with as well.
What tips would you give to improve productivity?
Try to focus on something you are really good at, don´t do too many things at the same time, Close your Facebook Window
You’re better than your colleagues to:
I am working as an Illustrator as well, so this might be one of my strength I would beat out the others.
What is the best advice anyone has given you?
An accountant I was helping out during my economic education in a publishing house once told me, that you have to do something in your life you really like. I think it´s a simple but true advice. After that step in my life, I studied graphic design.
What is your best tip for saving time?
Concentrate!
What is your routine start and end of the day?
I have two kids, my whole day is a steady routine.
Aside from your computer and your phone, what gadget can you not you go without?
My Earphones, when I am not able to listen to music at work I have my Earphones on.
