I am Hasmik Mkhchyan, multidisciplinary designer and motion graphics artist.

Creative/art director at Triada studio, freelance graphic designer.

In which city are you located?

I am currently located in Yerevan, Armenia

A word to define what kind of worker you are:

Reliable

What tools are essential to your life (app, software, etc.)

In general, I use 3d max, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effects, sometimes other software depending on the project. My photo camera is important for me as well.

What does your office space look like?

It is a cozy and silent space. 

What kind of music do you listen to when you are working?

I really prefer silence while I’m working.

I hate headphones and love listening to live music, mostly experimental jazz.

Do you have a way to organize your day to maximize your work?

My work schedule is flexible, so I organize my day depending on the project deadlines and meetings. I always try to find time for my other interests. Sometimes I shift my work hours too late evening, not to miss anything interesting or important during the day. 

What tips would you give to improve productivity?

Clever multitasking.

You're better than your colleagues to: 

Actually, I think no one is better or worse than others, everyone has his strong and weak sides. And some of my strong sides include my reliability, patience, ability to manage to multitask in tight deadlines.

What is your best tip for saving time?

Just do it! 

What is your routine start and end of the day?

Usually, my day starts with a short walk and I spend the end of my day with my family or friends. 

Aside from your computer and your phone, what gadget can you not you go without?

I wish I could go even without that ones.
