Who are you?

I’m a dreamer who believes wishes will come true if you really want them. I am food lover and I love to cook; I like traveling, meeting new people and my old friends; I love good music, books and films that challenge your imagination; I’m a dog, cat and sheep person; I love Italian and ice-cream in the night; the sound of rain when you’re falling asleep and falling asleep in the car; lemon and chocolate; mountains and water; brave, funny, uncomplicated, adventurous people; getting relax by watching F1 and Animal Planet; I love walking, listening and watching. I try to learn, understand, forgive, be quiet, refrain from getting angry and staying too long.

Your current job :

Project Manager at Branding Agency “Braind”. I also do photography for various projects and myself, under the professional name Chrisnova.

Where are you based?

Yerevan.

A word to define what kind of worker you are…

I am a seeker, always trying to find new solutions. I work on my own, strict rules. I like order.

What tools are essential to your life (app, software, etc.)?

Instagram became the most important app in my life in the past several years. I met a lot of interesting people that contributed to my life and projects that made me happy.

Lightroom software is just an absolute necessity in my profession. I can easily get by without all other apps or software.

What does your office space look like?

Hmm, nothing interesting. Although I am a very collected and organized person, my table is the opposite of that. It is mostly full of stuff, real CHAOS. I like it. Thinking is much better that way.

What kind of music do you listen to when you’re working?

I am fond of rap and jazz, especially mixed.

Do you have a way to organize your day to maximize your work?

I respect my time very much and I get angry when somebody doesn’t. Anyway, there is no magic rule for that. All I do is fulfill the tasks as they come. If you postpone it, you can be sure you will hardly make it.

What tips would you give to improve productivity?

Spend a lot of time on resting and relaxing. I call it the Happy Hour. No matter how much work you have, dedicate an hour to doing something that what makes you happy, or nothing at all.

You’re better than your colleagues to :

Comparing is destructive. I am always learning from others.

What is the best advice anyone has given you?

Live in the present.

What is your best tip for saving time?

Worry less about saving time and do the things that satisfy you.

What is your routine start and end of the day?

I get up earlier than needed. I like to spend 20 minutes sitting in my chair with a cup of tea, scrolling photos and news. Often at the end of the day, I come home from workouts and feel a pleasant fatigue. I have 1-2 hours to see what plans I have tomorrow, watch a movie or read my book, and then I go to sleep no later than 12 pm.

Aside from your computer and your phone, what gadget can you not go without?

Only my camera. All other things can be removed. I still use the paper-based organizer, like to write on the papers and save all the notes on the small pieces of paper. Paper is a magic, especially the texture and the smell of the ink.
