Who are you :

101, an agency for coding and design

Your current job :

We code. And we design 😉

In which city are you located?

Vienna, Austria.

A word to define what kind of worker you are :

We try to work concept based, solution-oriented, with a portion of experimentalism.

What tools are essential to your life (app, software, etc..)

Tools don’t matter too much in our work. It’s more about idea and concept. The rest will follow.

What does your office space look like?

It’s a former cafe, we built a small garden in front of it on the street. It’s very light through full height windows to the street. Mostly there’s a lot laying around, paper samples, toys, drones, books, stuff like that.

What kind of music do you listen to when you are working?

We listen to a lot of different styles of music. But mainly to electronic music.

Do you have a way to organize your day to maximize your work?

We try to talk a lot about tasks with each other because we believe in the efficiency of face to face communication. For us this is quite easy, we all sit on the same big table.

What tips would you give to improve productivity?

Stop working sometimes. Do something else. Go and have fun with something completely different.

You’re better than your colleagues to :

I wouldn’t say we’re better. There are so many skilled people out there… We just try our best.

What is the best advice anyone has given you?

To do what you love to do.

What is your best tip for saving time?

Get rid of Facebook, Insta and all that stuff. It’s 90 % waste of time.

What is your routine start and end of the day?

In the morning we normally start with drinking coffee. Or tea. In the evening we tidy up the studio. A bit at least.

Aside from your computer and your phone, what gadget can you not you go without?

I personally always have my toys a bouncy ball with me.
