Wellington Brewery has teamed up with Guelph Pride to brew an exclusive small batch beer to celebrate Guelph Pride events happening April 28th to May 14th, 2018.
Guelph Pride organizers helped create the recipe, brew, and name this fabulous pink hued beer which was brewed with hibiscus and raspberries. Proceeds from the sale of the beer including $0.25 per can sold will go to support Out On The Shelf, Guelph’s Queer Library and Resource Centre.
Sunshine – Raspberry Hibiscus Blonde Ale (5%)
Celebrate Guelph Pride with a sip of sunshine! This refreshing blonde ale is brewed with hibiscus and raspberries giving this fabulous beer a bright pink glow and vibrant berry flavours.
Sunshine will be available in cans and on tap at many Guelph Pride events as well as in 473ml cans at the Wellington Brewery retail store. The beer will be released on Saturday April 28th with a release party at the brewery happening from 12-5pm. Sunshine will also be available to ship across Ontario from the Wellington Brewery online store.
And as a special Guelph Pride treat, the brewery will be making a few glitter-infused Sunshine kegs which will be available at select Guelph Pride events.
