This program is designed for anyone that loves food and travel and enjoys digging into the culture of a region by connecting with its people.

The Mystical Milieu of Herbs and Spices: Chef Ferda Erdinc, founder of Zencefil Restaurant, an iconic vegan restaurant in the heart of Istanbul.

Wine Destination into the Aegean – Bilge Bengisu Ogunlu, Owner of Urlice Winery, Wine-Route Entrepreneur & Bilge Yamen, Owner of Yedibilgeler Winery & Estate-Hotel; encouraging tourism, these two entrepreneurs are bringing international attention to wines produced in the Aegean, using sustainable terroir driven approaches.

Catch of the Day, Aegean Fish: Chef Ahmet Guzelyagdoken, producer of the İzmir Gourmet Guide, will lead us through the Izmir kitchen through local fish.

A Sweet Tooth for Tradition, Puddings and Ice Cream: Priscilla Mary Isin, author & researcher will take us through the heritage of Istanbul’s desserts in an interview with Ersin Peya, Owner Dondurmacci Ice Cream Shop
