Plan the quantities in kegs and in cans. The opening of restaurants and bars made it difficult to anticipate volumes.
What are the upcoming projects for your business in 2022?
Work to get more foot traffic at the bar. We no longer have the momentum for a new brewery (opening in March 2020) but the bar is underused.
