What were the challenges for your business in 2021?
The main challenge is the workforce in the kitchen. Like many businesses in our community, we were experiencing the abandonment of the profession and the shortage of specialized labor.
What are the upcoming projects for your business in 2022?
We made an offer to purchase a rectory on the South Shore that we are converting into a restaurant-bar and microbrewery. We are planning a huge terrace with several hundred seats.
