How long have you been distilling and what are your distillery’s core values?
Hi, we have been distilling our spirits since the fall of 2020. We want to introduce our region through our products.
What are the main types of spirits that you produce?
Gins, Vodka, liqueurs, and very soon we will be releasing a rum, in June 2023.
What makes your product unique? Are you bringing a special product to the Mondial that we should try? If so, what is it and what can you tell us about it?
We try to use as many local ingredients as possible, hand-picked by strategic partners in the region. Like the cattail, picked by the Anishnabe nation of Lac Simon. We will have all our products, but the favorites at festivals are often our Echo Foxtrot gin, with black raspberry, as well as our Mayday liqueur, with black spruce and cinnamon.
What are the plans for the future?
We focus on exporting, yes Quebec remains our biggest market, we are in Alberta, Manitoba, New Brunswick, and more very soon!
