How long have you been brewing beer and what are your brewery’s core values?
We started with contract brewing when the Pub was created 8 years ago. Following the expansion with the opening of the Taproom in 2019, we were then able to establish our brewery and have finally been brewing on-site for 3 years.

At BreWskey, the philosophy is to explore, innovate and progress in order to offer constantly evolving products seeking to promote the Quebec brewing community. The quality of the product remains at the center of our concerns, as does the satisfaction of our customers.

What are the main types of beer you brew?
Being mainly a pub brew, we have to brew a wide range of beers in order to satisfy all of our customers; you will therefore find lagers, white beers, and stouts,… Anyway, the majority of demand concerns IPAs, smoothie sours (and sour beers in general), and pastry stouts which seem to win the hearts of our regular customers!

What makes your beer unique?
Constantly revisiting styles, the BreWskey produces new beers every week, making them by definition unique! Some flagship recipes reappear from time to time. With a view to exploration, we also generally like to add a “twist” to our recipes, making our beers original and unique.

What are the plans for the future?
Through the pandemic, the BreWskey has drastically increased the production of cans, creating a new demand that persists despite the reopening and expansion of service rooms. This again creates a production shortfall in the face of demand. To remedy this, we acquired new premises adjacent to the brewery to increase the brewing capacity.

This local will also see the opening of a shop/bar but, we will tell you more very quickly on our networks 😉
The expansion will also allow us to develop more styles of beer that we are very interested in but difficult to explore with limited brewing production.
