Barcelona based brewery focused on producing farmhouse style beers with brett + lactic acid bacteria.

How long have you been brewing beer and what are the core values of your brewery?
The brewery has been making beers for 7 years now and I, Joshua, one of 2 founding partners have been making beer since 2011.

1. We have always believed in using the best quality ingredients and whenever possible Organic ingredients, which is almost 100% of the time.

2. Honesty with our consumers is also one of our core values. We want our customers to know what goes into our beers, how it’s done, and who’s involved. Including the farmers we work with.

3. Drinkability. We prefer to drink lighter more balanced beers that have less alcohol than many other beers of the style and so this is reflected in what we want to give the public.


What are the main types of beer you brew?

We specialize in Farmhouse and Sour style beers. Drawing influence from Belgian brewers and blending with our influence of winemaking

What makes your beer unique?

We use lots of local fruits in our beers. They are fresh from the farmers and always organic. Those fruits bring their own wild yeast into play with the beers creating something unique.

What are the plans for the future?

We are always experimenting with new ingredients and styles. But I think making our beers available in smaller format is something we are working on as well as implementing a spontaneous beer line to fully capture terror.
