How long have you been brewing beer and what are the core values of your brewery?

We opened in 2020 during the pandemic, so we had a rough start.  Our goal is to bring the highest quality beer to our local community.  Classic beer styles mixed with newer contemporary twists, create a unique rotating lineup that honors the past while exciting the palate with the new. Our values are rooted in authenticity, quality, and a deep connection to the land we farm, as we believe that the best beer not only comes from the finest ingredients but also from a place of genuine passion and community spirit.

What are the main types of beer you brew?

Because we are a hub for our community, we try to make sure we have a beer for everyone. We brew all styles from midstrength lagers to barrel-aged Imperial stouts.   Our lagers are the most popular, with hoppy beers and fruit sours close behind.  And yes we have a stout in year-round!

What makes your beer unique?

Our beer’s uniqueness springs from the heart of Quayle’s Brewery’s operations—the farm itself. Nestled on a picturesque 87-acre property, our brewery cultivates a diversity of hops, boasting six different varieties. These homegrown hops, along with the pure fresh spring water sourced on the property, are in every beer we brew with a genuine farm-fresh quality that can’t be replicated elsewhere.

What elevates the experience at Quayle’s Brewery is our dynamic selection on tap. We keep the offerings fresh and exciting by constantly rotating the taps, guaranteeing that there’s something new for guests to discover every week. This not only provides a varied tasting journey for regulars but also showcases our innovative spirit and dedication to crafting unique, flavourful beers. Every sip is a testament to the brewery’s commitment to quality and the agricultural roots that define our brand.

And are you bringing any special beer at the Mundial that we should try?

Hayloft – Saison, we brew it using 50% of our farm-grown hops, our Farmhouse yeast, and a blend of European and Canadian-grown barley.

Line 12 – Helles Lager, brewed with a blend of German and Canadian-grown barley, and 100% farm-grown hops from our farm.

What are the plans for the future?

We have a number of exciting new beers coming in 2024 (we are always experimenting!), that will mostly be available in the taproom.

Beyond the pour, our calendar is brimming with events that promise to blend entertainment with the enjoyment of our beers, fostering a sense of community and creating memorable experiences for our guests

We’re also expanding our reach through the LCBO.  By extending our listings with the LCBO, we now offer two general listings and one seasonal listing, making our farm-fresh beers more accessible to a wider audience. We now have two general and one seasonal listed. This move not only broadens our market presence but also allows beer enthusiasts across regions to savor the unique flavors of Quayle’s Brewery.
