Anecdote / Memory:
Actually, it’s not so much an anecdote as Jeanine’s team has always allowed me to exercise creativity, giving me carte blanche to implement all my beer fantasies. The Mondial has always been the venue for all my new launches. At Mondial, I have the freedom to implement many experiments, with their participation. Unlike other festivals where I am asked for $10,000 to offer these novelties to the public (so I don’t do them), the Mondial generously offers me its help. Their passion for beer and openness to innovation are a guarantee of success.

What are your plans for this summer?
I am launching the brand-new SAINT-BOCK EXPERIENCE. The Saint-Bock experience moves to the Mondial de la bière from May 24 to 26, 2024, at Windsor Station. Returning on May 27 permanently to our pub.
