I´m Director and Partner at the AtolondeMororoa.com Studio in Uruguay, South America.

I live in Montevideo. Where cannabis is legal.
A word to define what kind of worker you are :
I´m a hard worker. I enjoy what I do everyday and I have no intentions to stop.
What tools are essential to your life (app, software, etc..)
My black bicycle, my swiss knife, my computer, pencil and paper.
What does your office space look like?
Our Studio is a duplex on the old part of Montevideo, We work on a single desk downstairs and we do our meetings with clients upstairs since last month. It looks like an under construction apartment, sometimes more tidy, sometimes a mess. We have solar light the entire day is a nice place to work.
What kind of music do you listening when you are working ?
Music is vital on the Studio, the four of us have a nice selection of music on our computers and we are constantly downloading more and sharing it.
We prefer Rock´n Roll.
Do you have a way to organize your day to maximize your work ?
I kept the iCal well organized.
What tips would you give to improve productivity ?
Do what you want to do and try new things.
Read about what you do and keep your eyes open.

You’re better than your colleagues to :
I´m not better than anyone, but I take my job seriously.
What is the best advice anyone has given you ?
I don´t remember a particular advice, but I´m sure it came out from my father´s mouth.
What is your best tip for saving time ?
Do what you want to do again, any other thing will take you more time.
If you are 4 hours on Facebook, then you don´t want to design, you want to waste your time.
What is your routine start and end of the day ?
Breakfast >>—–>Exercise every time I can >>—–> Bike to the Studio >>—–> Work >>—–> Bike back home >>—–> Cook and Dinner with my girlfriend.
Aside from your computer and your phone, what gadget can you not you go ?
I´m not a gadget person, I hate iPhones but I love my iPod touch.
