I am Vina, a third year communication design student with growing interest in art, lifestyle and creative thinking.

I’m a full time student and I work part time as a barista and I occasionally do graphic design works as well.

InDesign! Grids make my life so much more pleasant.
What does your office space look like?
It’s simply my desk in my own bedroom. A lot of whites because it makes me breathe. And it’s so comfy! Though sometimes it makes me sleepy.
What kind of music do you listen when you are working ?
I listen to all sorts of music, it depends on my mood. But generally I listen to indie pop and indie folk.
Do you have a way to organize your day to maximize your work ?
Make a to-do list each day. But sometimes I just go with the flow, when I don’t feel like doing my work, I let my mind rest and when I do feel like working, I make sure I am really into it.
What tips would you give to improve productivity ?
1) Make sure you love what you’re doing because it’s the first, very important point. 2) Make a to-do list. 3) Listen to music that relates to what you’re doing.

Umm, I guess I haven’t discover this one yet.
What is the best advice anyone has given you ?
This one is more of a quote that I like, “if less is more, nothing is everything”.
What is your best tip for saving time ?
Well, if you’re really in a hurry, I suggest you to keep on going with what you’re doing, not letting yourself rest even for a sec.
What is your routine start and end of the day ?
I either work or study in the morning, and then I do whatever’s in my to-do list and I stay up late to look for inspirations and/or do some more work.
Aside from your computer and your phone, what gadget can you not you go ?
I am not a gadget person, but I am definitely a notebook person.
