Hello, I’m Lukas Majzlan, 29 years old, the founder of Art4web agency (www.art4web.co) and designer as well. I started this company in 2007 as a freelance web designer, nowadays the small creative digital agency with 6 people. We specialize mainly ín Web Design, User interface Design, Branding and Web Development.

Precise
What tools are essential to your life (app, software, etc..)
Most of the time I use Adobe packet (especially Photoshop, Illustrator), Mail app, MindNode, Keynote, Spotify and so. From web apps I use UXpin. On my desk in the office is 29’’ cinema display, Mac Book pro retina with Bose quite comfort headphones.That’s all what I need to work 🙂
What does your office space look like?
Very big table, with lot of space. A mixture of classic materials with modern minimalistic pieces.
What kind of music do you listen when you are working ?
Mostly rock alternative, sometime when I have to dive in to my work deeply I listen club house music.
Do you have a way to organize your day to maximize your work ?
I tried to use apps like Things and so but it just never work good for me. I use only my Moleskine diary with tasks for every day.
What tips would you give to improve productivity ?
Make a list with tasks for every day and every project and just try to complete them. I like to see what I have already done and what not yet.

What is your best tip for saving time ?
Delegate your work for other persons which you trust.
What is your routine start and end of the day ?
The first thing I do when I come in to my office is make a cup of coffee, eat breakfast and beside that read new emails. When I get back from office I try to not do anything from work, don’t check new emails and just relax.
Aside from your computer and your phone, what gadget can you not you go without?
I can’t imagine work without music so definitely I need my headphones and I use ipad at home.
