What does your office space look like?
It’s quite colourful, lots of pictures, sequins, and shoes everywhere! Sort of organised chaos.

What kind of music do you listen when you are working?
Madonna, Britney, Whitney, Xtina, Kylie, Mariah

Do you have a way to organize your day to maximize your work?
I just try to work as quickly as possible, when I’m working on new collections I try not to look at my phone or emails as much as possible, as this can be hours of distractions and is not particularly creative!

What tips would you give to improve productivity?
Start on one thing at a time, massive lists can be intimidating but as soon as you make a start you are on your way, prioritise the pressing issues first, make a list at the beginning of each day.

You’re better than your colleagues to:
Acting on decisions.

What is the best advice anyone has given you?
There’s always someone younger and hungrier coming down the stairs after you.

What is your best tip for saving time?
Prioritise, don’t get involved in the things that you don’t need to.

What is your routine start and end of the day?
Start the day by making/checking list. End the day when it’s all done!

Aside from your computer and your phone, what gadget can you not you go without?
