My name is Grzegorz Domaradzki / Gabz and I’m a Polish illustrator and graphic designer.

Your current job:

Freelancer at Gabz.

In which city are you located?

Poznan / Poland

A word to define what kind of worker you are:

Patient

What tools are essential to your life (app, software, etc..)

Pencils, pens, markers and water-colours. Last but not least Intuos 4 tablet and Adobe CC Photoshop and Illustrator.

What does your office space look like?

There is just enough space for a large desk, book shelf, flat file drawer, few snowboards and posters.

What kind of music do you listen when you are working?

Definitely movie soundtracks, but I also have a favourite playlist, updated regularly, filled with electronic music.

Do you have a way to organize your day to maximize your work?

I try replying emails only in the morning, than it’s just work with several short breaks in between.

What tips would you give to improve productivity?

Focus on the goal, don’t get distracted. Work hard, but at the end of the day make sure to find time for pleasure.

You’re better than your colleagues to:

Work long hours and still be able to find time for gaming.

What is the best advice anyone has given you?

Work only on projects that are challenging and you enjoy doing.

What is your best tip for saving time?

Save files frequently and make backups.

What is your routine start and end of the day?

Not much of a routine guy, but I do start a day with a cup of tea.

Aside from your computer and your phone, what gadget can you not go without?

My iPad and PS4.
